Realistic 160 MPG?

I'm thinking of possibly getting a 160, but I do about 2000-2500 miles a month so MPG is important for me. I tried searching but couldn't find too much info.

According to Autotrader's specifications they do the following:

Urban mpg = 26.7 mpg

Extra Urban mpg = 49.6 mpg

Average mpg = 37.6 mpg



I do a mix of motorway and country lanes so its not going to be low figures. I just want to know how accurate the above figures are in terms of actual day-to-day driving.
