Strange electrical abnormalities

I got my R 75 Conn CDT a couple of months ago.. its a lovely car to drive.



However I soon noticed that occasionally the driver's door will not unlock without several attempts (i.e. pressing lock/unlock repetedly on fob). The other doors all unlock OK. This has been getting worse.



I am away from home for a few weeks now and have asked my other half to start the car once a week and leave it run a while to let the battery stay charged (I have no idea what the radio code is).



Anyway as she tried to unlock the car tonight with me at the other end of the phone a strange thing happened...all four windows opened fully when she pressed the fob whilst outside the car and the driver's door remained locked!



She had to gain access through the passenger side to close the windows and start the car.



Has anyone had experience with this?? Why would the remote fob open all four windows?



I have already written to the previous one owner of the car (with stamps for a reply) for any info he can provide on the car, its radio code etc.... but had no response. I even found his house on Google Earth... and it shows my car parked in the drive..so I know its the correct house!



Anyway.. any thoughts on this?
