Anyone fitted this PG1 poly bush kit?

Has anyone here fitted this kit to their PG1 gear linkage?

My gear stick is becoming a little sloppy/rattly especially in 3rd gear. I'm guessing the rubbers are getting a little past their best now. Just wondering if it's worthwhile me fitting this polyurethane kit to eliminate the annoying rattle?
