Cold air feed + scoops (tf160)

Hi everyone! My name is Ed, currently based in Sheffield. I'm a new member and have just bought a 2003 MG TF160 sprint in grey. One of the first things I came across when looking at simple mods was redirecting the air box inlet feeds to the NS side duct. Surprising I couldn't find anywhere what length and diameter ducting is best for the 2 inlets? Secondly, does anyone still make the scoops that force more air into the engine bay? I haven't found anything recent when searching and nothing on eBay.
