Door making a nasty sound when unlocked

One problem sorted, another turns up :/



Yesterday, no sound.

Today, unlock the car with the fob, the driverside door (i think) makes a kind of grinding sound. It's not just with the fob either. I pushed the button down, all good, pulled it back up, grinding sound. It's quite loud so it's already annoying me



The sound doesn't come when locking, only unlocking



And I don't have the faintest as to what exactly makes the sound :(
