Front Hydragas Displacer

The other day I noticed that the os front displacer was starting to go around the seam.



There seem to be new units available for the front on eBay but is it worth going for new?



I know that there are issues with units losing nitrogen over time but as new units are at least 10 years old following the demise of MG Rover is it really worth paying the extra? I am thinking that the nitrogen would be escaping over time as with an old unit.......or is it the cars weight that increases this?



If I am talking cobblers and anyone knows of cheaper new units it will be appreciated
