Lost Key advice

I have a 52 plate rover 25 and when i bought the car I got two fobs and one key.



Anyway I've gone and lost the only key and one of the fobs. So I am able to open the car but obviously can't start engine without a key.



I had a look on http://ift.tt/1qAmlyA and looks like I can get the ignition key code.



Is this all I will need to get a key cut? If so where can I get this done - Timpsons?



Will I have any issues starting the car with a different key?
