Cabriolet drivers door card removal.

Hi all, I have a problem removing the door card from the door. I've undone all the screws I can see, and know about the bits at the bottom that hold the bottom of the card to the door, but it remains firmly attached in place. It looks like something at the top of the door grab is holding it in place, but I can't see what. I've removed 2 screws from the top and bottom of the grab handle. I've missed something, but can't see what.

Can anyone help?
