MG 3 Learner Car - Colchester

I've seen an MG3 in my home town of Colchester being used as a learner car (presumably its got dual controls etc). My Mrs is learning to drive at the moment and wondered if anyone on here knew which company it was using the car; each time I've seen it I haven't been able to get the company details.
