MG ZR Diesel

Hello,



Well i got a MG ZR 2.0 diesel from 2006, and i own it for about 2 years now, 6 mouths ago I have swapped the clutch, but last year i went in to the water with it i cleared all the water and I have dryed the ECU and the mg was running well, but now 2 weeks ago I was doing 140 miles that day when finally got home on the parking drive I could not put the first gear on, and i heard a strange sound coming from the gearbox.



So I have taken the gearbox out and checked the clutch and it was fine, so I bought a used gearbox same model I have plugged everything and when everthing was back on I have connected the ECU and battery after that, as I looked on the dashboard you could see 3 lights lighting up already,when I put the key in then turn it its looks fine, and when starting the car will not run.



I know that this Engine was Chiped, I personaly think that the ECU is broken, I hope that every single cable is connected where it have to be,
