mot fail track rod end?

f has just had an mot and failed



Offside Front Track rod end ball joint has excessive play (2.2.B.1f)

Offside Front Headlamp aim too low and too far to the right. (1.8)



I take it the track rod end is no 4 on here, that needs replacing?
