rasping sound under load help

hi all, just popped over from the tf section and was hopeing you may be able to help.

after thinking it was the exhaust,had it checked and my janspeed exhaust is fine,, i have been informed that the rasping sound is coming from the inlet side!!!! it only rasps under load --fine sat on the drive,i have a k n and its not that as i took it off and the rasping sound is still there, please help as its driving me mad,, thoughts please, cheers steve
