Rover 623iS available for cheap purchase

Hi all,

I've owned my Rover 623iS since it was a year old, back in 1995. It's been a fantastic, reliable car and its bodywork, engine, chassis and interior are fantastic for a car of 20 years old. It's also in Nightfire Red, which, IMHO, was always the best colour and, of course, there were not too many 623iS around.

Unfortunately, though, it's just failed its MOT on brakes/callipers (not too much of a problem) but also it needs a new fuel tank and some fuel lines. This latter problem requires a lot of mechanic time and therefore I simply cannot justify the cost.

However, for any enthusiast who's willing/capable to do the work themselves, the parts wouldn't amount to more than £400/500 and then you'd have a great car to cherish. If you are that person and are interested to know more, then please mail me to discuss the details. Honestly, I'm not looking for much in the way of money but am more interested in finding someone who wants to look after my old friend!
