TF front upper suspension help

My TF has failed its MOT on excessive play on the upper front arm clip/bearing and I have been quoted an awful lot of money, more than the car is worth, to replace it. I read the various threads on this problem and it seems fixable without removing the front subframe which I have been quoted for. I don't have the expertise, tools or space to do the work myself and wondered if there was anyone keen/kind enough to undertake it for a TF fan who is otherwise faced with scrapping a car I've only had for a few weeks. I would be happy to pay for the work if anyone would take it on. I'm in London but would travel to save the car from the dreaded scrapping.
