Cam Belt interval change on 2003 45 TD Impression S?

I know I should know this, but how often should I get the cam belt changed on my 2003 45 Diesel?



Last time I had it changed was 4.5 years ago.

I've driven 20,000 miles since then.

Total mileage still under 50,000.
