Change Belts, or not?

I'm about to sell my 2005 190 SE and my question is this; it's now done 57k miles and, according to MGR schedule, should have a belt change. What would you say would be the difference in sale price I could ask with belts changed, or sold as is??



It's in good nick and has all leather and Apex wheels.
