Coolant leak.

hello, I had my head gasket replaced last year, recently I've had to top up coolent ever three days, ive checked the oil and levels are full, the dip stick oil looks fine. I have noticed when I top up the coolant I can hear gurgling noises from some of the pipes, any ideas?
