Heater Temp - Replacement part

Hi All,



Our Rover 211 we can't turn the Heater dial on. We managed to semi-fix it a while back when my step-dad sprayed WD40 on the "lever arm" in the engine bay, but I think thats seized again. Anyone got any idea what that part is called? I've browsed RimmerBros but can't find it. Also how do I get it off? Does it drop the coolant when removing it as it obviously interacts with the coolant pipe!
