How do I remove drivers headlight

Hi there



A friend of mine has an MG ZR MK1 and asked me how to remove the drivers headlight. I have to admit this is something I have never done and was wondering if anyone here can advise on how to do this so I can let him know as he has no access to the web through the day due to his job.
