In a bind
Hello.
I was involved in an incident in august. a guy drove into my car, cos he thought he was on a roundabout.
basically. it was 100% his fault. honestly it was.
I never put in a claim, but i reported the accident.
He told his insurer that I drove into him! Now they want me to accept 100% liability.
My insurance company are telling me that the best we will get is 50/50 .
I told them no, im 100% in the right, fight my godamnd corner! i paid you £800 ! you work for me damnit! .
they said they look at 'facts' PAH! facts.
what i want to know, is where do i stand. do i have to accept their decision? or can i tell them i want to fight it to the end.
I stand to loose my one and only year of no claims bonus, which puts up my insurance quotes by £400 .
anyone got experience with this?
i didnt want to name the company cos of like data protection or whatever.
