Installing electric rear windows in 2000 rover 25 :)

As title says can any one tell me how to wire these in ? as i no 1 person has done it think it was joey200 or somthing like that :) am in no rush to wire these in yet but any help would be spot on :)



i have mk2 dash fitted so wont be using the mk1 4 switch panel but i want to still put some switchs on the dash so i can open them when am driving if i want to if thats possible
