MOT aborted

I had booked an MOT slot for my F today at 13.00. As I was giving it the once over this morning I heard a slight difference to the exhaust sound, I was about to ignore it but decided to get it up and have a look and unfortunately discovered a small puncture in the back box. Luckily I was able to reschedule the Mot test until next week. I have now ordered a complete system £190 delivered, mild steel nothing fancy, gaskets hangers paste etc all inc. Whilst it's out is there anything else I need, such as O2 sensors or anything that might break. Any advice greatly appreciated.
