SergiBMW vs MGF Re-Born

Hi all.. I know there is a bit of discussion on FaceBook about this upcoming case..



The case was heard in Bournemouth County Court today at 12 noon



Both parties attended and the judge heard the evidence presented by both sides



Without going into huge details..



The outcome is Mr D Cramer, trading as MGF Re-Born, also formerly known as Pocket Motors of Poole, Dorset has 21 days to re-pay SergiBMW a sum of money which includes court costs, travel from Madrid, damage to the car and some related parts



The matter is now finished



The intention of this post is to inform anyone who was speculating to stop things being twisted or misinterpreted.



I'm sure our mods will monitor this thread and delete any posts they see fit



I would like to thank Amanda for all of her hard work with the case and preparing the files for court.



I guess in situations like this neither party ends up happy, but I'm sure both parties have learnt something too..
