stiff gear change/judder

I take it this is a sure fire sign the clutch is on its way out? The judder in first has always been there, even after the clutch/slave and DMF were changed last time (83,000 miles ago). But it's got worse this last week, along with the stiff gear changes.



If it is as suspected then is the advice to convert to a solid flywheel or stick with the DMF? these techniclutch kits look good value on ebay!
