Uneven Idle and slight jerking under power...

I took my new 75 tourer (2003 1.8t) on its longest run so far last week, it was a round trip of 90 miles. I'm happy to report it behaved very well expect for a slight jerking when you put your foot down. It was most noticeable when speeding up to join the motorway, if you back off the power slightly the jerking goes away so it doesn't seem to do it when driving around town, although I did notice the rev counter needle also seem to be moving about a bit when the car is sitting idling. The engine itself doesn't sound to bad to me, but I'm not mechanic and I guess if the rev counter needle is moving something is causing the car to idle unevenly? The car was serviced last week so I know its not down to a blocked air filter or dirty oil, (Neither my dads friend or did the work or my dad who drove the car to him noticed the problem so it may be nothing or something minor I just don't want it to turn into something big and expensive! and if it breaks down while we are on holiday in Wales the after next my wife will kill me!) so I did a quick search and the main culprit for both jerking under load and and uneven idle seem to be one or a combination of the following, ht leads, spark plugs and coil packs. The spark plugs were replaced in October 2012 according to the service book and the car has less than 10,000 miles since then so I don't it is those but I'm not really sure about the others. There is no mention in the service history of them ever being changed and the haynes manual doesn't seem to say when they should be changed. Can anyone tell from this pic if there are original?

I had a look on ebay for HT leads but got very confused as there seems to be so many and the price varies quite alot too, I don't want cheap rubbish but at the same time it's not a race car so don't need mega expensive either, I did find these but I'm thinking they are too cheap so might not be very good?

Also found these coil packs, which say there for a freelander (I know it has the same k series engine) but do have the same park number as mine which have BMW stamped on them,
