45 TD iE Versus 45 TD Impression

im a stranger in these parts, i usually post in the ZR section.

But after a shunt it looks like my ZR is headed for the scrapyard, so i find myself considering a 45...found two for sale that look ok, but i dont know much about 45's, so, as the thread title, one is a TD iE and the other a TD Impression....my question is, is there any appreciable difference between them?
