Clutch problems. AGAIN !!!!

I've had a full clutch replacement. Been through two master cylinders. Last month I completely lost my clutch pedal. Straight to the floor.

Over the last day or two the clutch pedal has again gone very low, then comes back up to a sensible height. Although it is hard to get the car into gear, it does go but only just.

I've taken the cylinder cap off and it's about a third full of fluid, does it need topping up.

It also looks like some fluid has leaked out from the cylinder itself as there is fluid on the steering column

When the cylinder was replaced last month the bleed nipple was also replaced as it was apparently blocked.

Does anyone know why I'm having this problem. Or where I can look for anything that could be causing it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I swear any more problems and I'm going to have to scrap it. Its costing a fortune now.
