Brake grease

What is the correct grease to use on brake caliper pistons, slide pins, etc?



I change my brake pads the other day and one of the slide pins in the caliper cradle had seized. I fitted a new one and put a bit of ordinary lubricating oil on the pin. I now realise that this was probably not a good idea. What should I do to rectify the situation?
