inner tie rods for steering

Hi all. Anyone familiar with these inner tie rods (link below)? They seem to be too cheap to be any good, but you never know. I'm in need of a set for my own Rover (337000k) so if anyone could tell if these are any good or could help with a reliable alternative? I'm planning to make the 400k at least with my 75 so I'ld rather not put any rubbish parts in it. Thanks!
