British Athletics cars and diesel

Could be coincidence but I have seen two British Athletics MG6s around Warwick in the last week, plus a new MG6 diesel has appeared in the road next to me. Not seen one in the wild before, it was in red and very smart.



Suddenly they are all over the place. Are the athletics cars given to athletes to use for training?
