L-series tensioner

A little advise please if possible.

I bought a timing belt kit from dmgrs for my facelift 45. It has been sat in my garage awaiting its change interval and upon checking there is play in the tensioner and a scraping noise when spun. I have looked to get another bearing, on the Rimmer bros website it shows part number LHP100840A, I can find LHP100840 does anyone know if these are the same please?
