MG ZR 105 for Sale (52 Plate)
MG ZR 105 (5-door), in Trophy Blue. £495 or near offer.
This MG is in good overall condition for its age. It has recently had a full new exhaust system (including cat), new brake pads, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and oil change (using Shell 10w40 semi-synthetic oil). The engine runs spot on, and does not use any oil or coolant. All the belts and coolant pump were replaced when we bought the car about 2 years ago. It is also economical, returning over 300 miles from a tank of fuel.
The body work is in reasonable condition with a few odd marks, supermarket parking dings and stone chips. There are one or two bubbles of rust starting to come through, but this does not spoil the overall appearance of the car. There is lacquer peal on the rear spoiler and a dent in the front nearside wing. Included with the car is a replacement wing (this is a bolt on part).
All 4 tires have plenty tread on them and the wheels are all in good condition. One has a small amount of curbing on it, but again this is hardly noticeable.
Inside, the car has the best “Monaco” half leather seats. These are very comfortable and in excellent condition. They come from a 2004 ZR. There is no staining on the seats – my other half thought today would be a good time to them a wash and they haven’t fully dried! The car is also equipped with a good CD stereo, which also takes SD cards / USB memory for MP3 playback and has an AUX connector for phones or iPods. The car also benefits from a sun roof.
The car has covered almost 82,000 miles and is MOT'd until January 2015. I can also include the road tax if the new owner wants (for the amount we would get to cash it in).
The car has been excellent whilst we have owned it and never let us down. We will be sad to see it go, and we are only selling as we need a bigger car (possibly an MG6!)
I am looking for £495 or very near offer. The car is located in Northwich, Cheshire. Please PM me if you would like to view the car or have any questions.
