Seat lowering bodge
Hi All,
Iv seen a post somewhere on the forum where somone made their own seat lowering pins instead of the lowering springs. I have just checked my TF and I seem to have the steel rod rather than the springs that some TF's seem to already have fitted.
Im going to try and make up a set of these rods and wondered how thick the wire/ metal is that holds the seat pad up, its feels and looks about 2mm thick. Considering you can buy 2mm steel rods on amazon for a fiver thought it might be worth a go.
Cheers
Alex
