Rover owners: Water leak From Where?

Had the HG done on my 45 02 plate 1.6is back in 2008. Notcied loss off water last year. Banged on k-seal and has been okayish. Recently noticed water loss on floor under car, have banged in more k-seal but water loss still there again today after topping up yesterday.

Have took a few pics in the hope someone can advise if its another HG failure or Manifld Gasket problem or something completely different.
