What's this part?

Doing a bit of work on the F this weekend, and spotted a oil leak around what I think is the clutch/gearbox area...Looked on Rimmer brothers at their diagrams and it looks like it is the "transmission breather assembly"









How feasible is replacing this? And does it mean that I need to top up my gearbox oil?
