ZR driver window being a pain

Evening all,



My ZR's driver window will go down but not up. I stripped the door card and unpluged the motor swapped the wires round and plugged it back in and the window goes up but wont come down...



Any ideas to what it could be?



Ive tried a search but cant find anything :(



Any help is appreciated
