2009 MG TF LE500 - Few issues

The parking sensors have always squeeled when wet - do MG dealerships have to replace these under warranty? I've been quoted by Bulldog £400!



Also the windscreen heater has never worked - is there a quick fix or has anyone on this site any ideas?
