B-pillar and Window Frame paint

My R75 unfortunately had rust bubbling on the B-pillar and I also have the same problem on the windscreen of my MGF. They need taking down to metal and repainting. Does anyone know what type of satin black paint is needed? Is it celulose or plasticised?
