Help finding a part for my door

On my ZR, there was a small metal clip that fixed to the top of the door and held the door card in place near the mirror. (In the region of item number 4 in the picture - it was yellow if that helps narrow it down)



I was thinking it could be part number 16 (although the diagram looks nothing like the actual part) as that looks as though it would clip onto something below and also hold something on top.
