Help! My suspension has been replaced by jelly!

Had the suspension pumped a few months back to get through the MOT. Car felt fine, but looked like a 4x4. Drove fine too.

The last week or so though, the suspension had become very soft, I have absolutely no confidence in the handling of the car.

I'm having the suspension adjusted in the morning, and will check the tyre pressures later, but is there anything else?

Does the weather affect the suspension fluid?
