leaky mgf coolant system... hose's / clamps

mgf owned for 4 or 5 weeks i think now.

been busy with it.

soon as it arrived i did the oil and flushed/changed coolant.

noticed oil leak into plug holes so did the rocker gasket

then monday this week radiator started dripping so replaced that for an ally one

yesterday noticed another leak this time at the back. only a slight drop of coolant on floor.

had a look and there is crystalised coolant around the hose ends top of engine so would guess its coming from here.

easiest way to remedy?

was going to pull them off, shave 2mm off the end of pipes are refit with fat jubilee clips... or is that too cowboyish?
