removing seat covers off a zs 180 monaco seat

my zs 180 has a creaky seat .i suspect the frame is broken as it leans to one side on cornering

i have a scrap zs 180 i can use the seat frame off



can anybody enlighten me on how to strip my cover off so i can put it on the other seat??



cant work out how to get the flat handle controls off at the bottom though the cog winder handle came off ok

any help is useful,,as ill end up having an accident with this seat
