Rover 200 problem with immobiliser and 5AS box

I had problem with central door locking (Rover 200 1.4 from 1998y Silverstone edition) This morning i see 5AS box is disconected, now when connect connector to 5AS box central door locking work and interior light too, but car wont start, when disconnect 5AS box car work normaly. Where is the problem? I read many thread on this forum and says theres no pairing with ECU and 5AS box. Call ex owner and tell to me is disconect on ECU in service(because it had problem with central door lock), nothing is changed. On connector two wires is cuted and connected together, when reatach and regularly conect to connector car wont start. What i can do, try with other 5AS box or?
