Should I replace replace cambelts etc. when doing the head gasket?
Hello folks! My head gasket is on the way out. The gasket's just weeping at the moment - it's only slight, but needs replacing soon.
It's an '03 plate TF160 and has now done 81k miles. Last service was two years and 11k miles ago & included (amongst the usual other things) cambelts, tensioner & water pump.
I believe the recommended interval for replacing these is 60k miles or 4yrs, but should I think about having these re-done when the head gasket's sorted out or is that unnecessary?
