Another zr issue rubbing maybe ?

Hello again,I have yet another zr problem,when I start driving the vehicle I hear a sort of wheel rubbing noise,seems only in low speed not noticed much around 50mph onwards,could it be the wheel bearing ? I have checked the front wheels (jacked up) but there is minimum movement,no play.

Any ideas,I have noticed occasional or I think swaying to one side,track rods and tracking was done in the last mot (April)
