Timing out after vvc mechanism change! PLEASE HELP!
Hello everyone, this is my first post and I need some help please. I have just replaced the vvc mechanism on my 2001 mgf and I thought I have set everything up correctly. I have just reassembled everything and fitted a new cambelt and tensioner and set the crank pulley timing marks. After rotating the crank pulley twice the timing marks are out by about two teeth on the the belt. I have done this three times now, so before I strip everything down again, can anyone advise me as to what I may have done wrong.
