Car won't start

Went to start the 180 this morning, and while all lights came on, fuel pump primed when turning the key there was just one click.

And car failed to start.

Suspecting the starter motor I opened the bonnet and found this pipe broken!









Any ideas what it is and how easy/much to fix please.
