Changing seat covers
Hi All,
Just bought myself two black leather TF seats today. :)
The seats originally come from a RH drive car so the left hand seat, the drivers seat in my case (The Netherlands), is in good condition. However the right hand seat is not. The leather is okay and can be restored. But the seat itself is worn. So I was planning to strip my current cloth right hand seat and put the leather covers on it from the "new" seat. My left hand seat is a passenger seat and in good nick. So this way I'll end up with to good seats.
As I understand the backrest is quite easy to do, but the seat part not so. Has anyone done this before? And is there anything to keep in mind?
Thanks
