Exhaust Down-pipe Replacement

Just ordered one of these off eBay, thirty-odd quid. Looks like a simple enough swap job, but Haynes gives it four spanners meaning it is difficult..... How can this be? There are two gaskets, three nuts to undo at one end and two at the other, how difficult can it be?



Any hidden surprises? Possible problems? It is a Rover 620i, nothing fancy.



Just being tight-fisted and not taking it to the exhaust shop to save £60 or so...
