Fitting working VIS, rattling manifold?

Hey,



So i changed my front VIS motor (the easiest one) with a proper working 1, and the car accelerates alot better! Downside, i got a very very slight rattle in my manifold... Can this be cause the system has to "work" now?



Also the position of my broken VIS is not the same as my "new" (second hand) VIS.



The arm is stretched with my old VIS and the new 1 i have to put the arm in the manifold.



Is this normal this position?

My manifold started rattling abit now, so i'm a position OR fit my broken VIS and no rattle, OR fit working vis with slight rattle.
